Steve Chen is a Software Engineer at Framebridge. He currently works mainly with Ruby to build tests, processes, and documentation across distributed teams/systems for a hyper-growth custom framing startup. He also moonlights as a founder of NY Code & Coffee and is always looking for cool people to talk to! Steve founded and runs the meetup NY Code & Coffee and co-founded/ran DC Code & Coffee. Currently planning the post-pandemic return of SF Code & Coffee and ReactDC. Founded and advises for DC Design & Coffee, NodeDC, and volunteers as the General Manager for his local DC/MD/VA chapter of Fuzhou America.

On top of being an ok developer. Before being in tech, Steve was a competitive Team Fortress 2 player on the 5th ranked team in North America. He’s won over 18 championships and even had a brief TwitchTV career almost a decade ago.
